When I was a little girl, my mother bought me the most beautiful Disney book I had ever seen.
The illustrations were enticing, and I loved reading it. However, one night, I was reading a brand-new story when my little eye caught something. A word. A word that, to me, should not have been there because it didn’t fit the rest of the sentence. So, I did what any editor-in-the-making would do: I grabbed a pencil, drew a line over the word, and wrote the one I found more appropriate over it. Needless to say when my mother found out she was not happy, but you better believe I felt accomplished and satisfied! Although I did not know it at the time, this was the first step that would eventually take me on my current career path, one that has allowed me to work with incredibly talented authors in the common goal of delivering the most beautiful and polished book.

This past November Brunella went on a military press trip to Laughlin, Nevada for Military Families Magazine. During this trip Brunella was shown around Laughlin and Arizona, getting to explore their local casinos, restaurants, activities that military families might be interested in doing; from taking a jet boat tour down the Colorado River to the Grapevine Canyon, Toby Keith concert and more!
Brunella attended a USO star-studded event to Washington D.C., as a journalist on behalf of Military Families Magazine. She got to attend the event where Linda Hope, daughter of late entertainer Bob Hope, awarded the first-ever Bob Hope Legacy Award to famous actress and singer Ann-Margret. The event was preceded by a USO care-package event. She intervened Monte Durham from"Say Yes to the Dress", NCIS actor Wilmer Valderrama(who was the event host), country superstar Brantley Gilbert, and UFC superstar Julianna "The Venezuelan Vixen" Peña.
Brunella was a speaker at the Military Women's Conference in Tampa, Florida; where she presented the six secrets to becoming a successfully published author.
